Currently I have Bose QC45 and Soundcore Q45 at my disposal; I bought them both at sale price and I want to try them both long term and choose one.In a nutshell: Bose is almost twice as expensive, but it's very difficult to pick between the two and TBH I might prefer Soundcore Q45 for my case.I would say they're not necessarily better or worse than Bose, but very different, so it might depend on the purpose you intend to use them for.- Bose is hands down lighter (240g vs 300g), it's also much more comfortable . Soundcore is a bit awkward to move around in (it's OK for me since I mostly bought it for WFH and work in the office)- Bose feels higher quality (of course)- Bose's case is a bit better since it has a pocket for cables. Size of the cases is comparable, but Bose's is slightly thinner- When worn on neck, cups of Bose are turned upwards which is not perfect (something might fall into the cup like food, water, rain drops etc.). Soundcore has it right allowing to turn the cups downwards.- Soundcore is much more customisable (via the app, including sound profile, ANC and transparency mode setting). Also, Soundcore allows to disable ANC, but in Bose it's either ANC or transparency mode.- Bose has better ANC, but Soundcore compensates with better passive isolation due to really puffy cushions. All in all TBH it seems about the same noise reduction level to me, but achieved via different means.- Speaking of passive isolation: this advantage also leads to Soundcore having MUCH less sound leakage. Which is important to me given that I bought it for the office environment.- Battery on Soundcore is ridiculous, I cannot find another word. Sometimes after the whole work day in meetings the charge goes down by less than 10%. Bose has to be charged regularly.- Button controls are very good on both headphones- Sound quality is not impressive to me in either of these headphones, but that's not what I bought them for. I slightly prefer Soundcore sound, it's also more flexible in EQ setup via the app (but Bose also has rudimentary EQ settings in their app)- White Soundcore is really shining snow white. I wish they offered an off-white version instead (I prefer Bose's white), but that's a matter of taste. My recommendation between the two would be:- If comfort is super important, Bose is the clear winner. Especially if you plan to walk around in the headphones or work out (however, for me even Bose QC45 is uncomfortable for physical activities).- If you buy it for plane, office etc. Soundcore Q45 should work well (maybe, even better).

TLDR: definitely recommend, the sound quality for this price range is amazing.I bought this product for phone calls, a high quality music experience and video-editing (non professional). Most of the time I use it indoors on a relatively silent location. The times there is noise it's the TV, music or kids running around in the background. As stated before, the sound quality for this price range is amazing. Previously I used a Sony wh1000xm3, which sounds great, but the Q45 blows it out of the water. In my opinion its sound is well-balanced, well-separated and detailed. With the app - which works great - you can adjust the sound to your liking. First time listening to my favorite music with these headphones is like listening to new music. Like discovering layers and frequencies of sound you've never known it's there. The call quality is good and I yet have to hear complaints about the microphone. The build quality is good and overall look & feel is decent. In my opinion I'd like my headphones more "clean", without parts sticking out. But after using it it's a concession I would retake in a heartbeat. Because, with these well-positioned knobs control you can easily switch between modes, pause and play, pick up calls etc. I even prefer these knobs over touch control.Noise cancellation is oke, not the best but certainly not the worst. The NC does affect the sound quality, if it's for the better or worse I haven't found out yet. The thing I can say: in quiet surroundings I rather use Normal Mode, in more noisy surroundings I use Noise Cancellation. The Transparency Mode sounds quite artificial and robot-like, but I never use it anyways. The headphones fit comfortably snuck over the ears and cuts out a considerable amount of ambient sound, but there is a catch. The biggest catch for wearing these headphones: these warm the ears quite a bit, on warmer days it might be too hot to comfortably use for a longer period. As I previously stated, these headphones fit comfortably snuck, but only for a certain time. After 2-3 hours continuous use, light pressure surrounding my ears is noticeable. After that pressure only increases until discomfort and even aching starts. After using these a couple of weeks I haven't been able to get used to the discomfort. All in all this product is punching way above it's weight class. I would say it competes with headphones 2,5x it's price point! I bought this product for €129,99, but even for €200,- it's a no-brainer, definitely worth it!

G'day, mate! Let's crack open a cold one and have a yarn about the Anker Soundcore Space Q45, eh? This little ripper of a headset is a fair dinkum choice for anyone keen on some top-notch noise canceling without breaking the bank. With a price tag of under $150 USD, it's a real bargain, I tell ya!Now, let's chuck a squiz at what makes these earbuds fair dinkum. First off, they're built sturdy as a roo's backbone, so you won't have to worry about 'em carking it on ya after a few tumbles. The pleather padding makes 'em comfy as a koala in a gum tree, but they can get a bit sweaty if you're out and about on a scorcher of a day.The controls are as easy as pie, with buttons on both sides of the headset for playin' tunes, adjustin' the volume, and flickin' the ANC on and off. Plus, they fold up real neat for chuckin' in the case when you're done. Now, I won't beat around the bush – the Soundcore app is a bit dodgy, but it does the job if you wanna tweak the settings. Bluetooth-wise, these babies come with all the bells and whistles, including Bluetooth 5.3 and support for AAC, SBC, and LDAC codecs.Pairin' 'em up is as easy as chuckin' a snag on the barbie – just hold down the power button and you're away laughing. And when it comes to battery life, these blokes are as reliable as an old ute. Anker reckons you'll get a solid 65 hours with ANC off and 50 hours with it on, but in me own tests, they went even longer! Now, let's talk about the elephant in the room – sound quality. Look, they're not gonna blow your socks off like a concert at the Sydney Opera House, but they'll do the job for most listeners. The bass is a bit punchy, the mids are middlin', and the highs can get a bit tinny at times. But hey, if you're not fussy, they'll do ya just fine. Now, here's the real surprise – the microphone is a bloody ripper! Most headphones in this price range sound like you're shoutin' into a tin can, but the Space Q45's mic does a fair dinkum job of cuttin' out background noise. So if you're spendin' your days on conference calls or chattin' with mates, you'll sound as clear as a bell. So, should you chuck a few bob at the Anker Soundcore Space Q45? Well, if you're after a solid pair of ANC headphones that won't break the bank, then yeah, these are the droids you're lookin' for. Sure, they might not have the fanciest sound quality, but for the price, you can't go wrong. Just don't expect 'em to rival the big boys like Sony or Bose.So there ya have it, folks – the Anker Soundcore Space Q45. A fair dinkum pair of headphones that'll do ya proud without emptyin' your wallet. Cheers, mate!
