Very good product and service

Took a gamble on this for a Hotpoint fridge but it doesn't fit. Size wise, although tight, are ok but the lugs on the back of the shelf don't fit the shelf recess on the side of the fridge. This leaves the shelf sloping forwards quite a bit. I've taped a couple of packing blocks on the front of the shelf so it's level and works ok. Reason for this review is to let other customer's know this. For me, the product works ok and for the money, isn't worth worrying about sending it back.
