When other reviews say it's almost impossible to clean, my guess is they are solely using water and soap. You need a solvent like gamsol, something that breaks down the oil in oil-based paint. My clean up with a dab of gamsol took only a few minutes. Though if you're new to oil-based paints, do your research when it comes to clean up. Gamsol and other solvents can have negative effects with long exposure. So just make sure to make a quick search on safe usage of Gamsol.This is my first time attempting linocuts, so I don't have experience with other brands of relief ink, but I was delightfully surprised. The colors mixed well, the consistency was great, and so far I'm a fan of the extended dry time allowing me to manage all the moving parts of a project like this before the roller dries out.
