Only down side is when you use it as a stand the soft part makes contact with the surface so make sure no sand or grains are stuckBefore going on a trip and closing it to avoid scratches. Other than that great protectorThat gives room to the pencil as well.

Een mooie hoes die de Ipad goed beschermt. Wanneer je je de Apple Pencil met de platte kant naar voren in de houder drukt dan laadt deze op.

If you've been searching on amazon for a new case and the reviews have got you confused whether this case is good or not then you're reading the right review. I was just like you, could not decide whether to get it because some reviews were saying its very good and then others saying that the case is flawed.This is my honest review.The case in itself feels solid and very well built offering a lot of protection. The main problem I have is that the pencil does not charge as advertised on their page and on the box of the product itself, if you want it to work you have to push down hard on it or else it won't charge due to the case being slightly loose on the magentic charging part of the ipad. The slightest movement of the pencil will stop it from charging.Also if the magnetic flap connects to the back of the pencil holder then the charging will also stop until you remove the flap and pencil and the place the pencil back in and force it down onto the ipad.To finish off the review, I'm not sure if this is just my unit but the power button gets stuck and I can't turn the ipad off or on which is annoying.MY FINAL VERDICT: If you are using or planning to use an apple pencil with your ipad then don't buy this case, waste of time and money. If you just want a good protective case for your ipad and you won't be using a pencil with it then buy this case but be careful as the power button might not work on your unit as well

Fairly slim case that does not add much bulk. Stand works well and when folded up protects the screen. A bit of an hit or miss when attaching the apple pencil for charging. Storage works fine, but sometimes it doesnt pick up for charging. When the screen cover and latch is in the closed position, it wraps around the apple pencil which helps place it closer to the charging port.

It accentuates the slim look of the ipad whilst providing more than adequate protection. My last cover lasted 5 years. This looks like it'll beat that record. Haven't drop tested it, but I inevitably will later and I don't think this will disappoint. Value for money. The stand gives good support in 3 working angles. Don't think, just buy.Having issues with apple pencil charging.

The case is a "rock" !!! Nice and also slim for a drop-proof case. It would be really perfect and one of the best on the market, if it weren't for the fact that for charging the Apple Pencil you have to fight a lot !!! Personally I noticed that trying to move the small magnetic flap, the recharge seems to work. Probably the wall of the case where the charging magnet is underneath, should be even thinner. However it remains a valid case without any doubt.
