I know it's weird to get excited over a notebook, but I absolutely love Clairefontaine! The paper is so silky smooth - if you run your fingers over the page you can't feel any roughness or fibres. The ink doesn't streak, bleed or run, neither does it go through the page onto the other side. It's heavy, good quality paper that is so wonderful I almost don't want to spoil it by writing on it! Yes, it's more expensive than other brands, but you really do get what you pay for with this (and no, I don't work for Clairefontaine!!).

Cahier à bon état

This is a very nice smooth paper notebook, good for fountain pen and calligraphy practice... Unfortunately I had to send it back as it was supposed to be a pack of 5 and I only received 1 notebook. I ordered this item 3 times in the past and got 5 notebooks, but now 2 years later and Amazon are only sending 1 notebook for the price of 5. Amazon need to update their description so that people are better informed on their being ripped off by Amazon.[UPDATE]After four orders I finally got a pack of 5, whoever is working at warehouse must think it is for one notebook. I returned 3 orders as they were only a single notebook. Maybe Amazon got the message? :S
