These ankle weights are so much better than any I’ve tried up until now. The lining is really soft with no rough stitching to irritate your skin. I have small ankles and I’m really pleased these go small enough as a lot of the ankle cuffs for cable machines don’t go small enough for me. They are more expensive than standard ankle weights but they are also so much better quality that they are worth it in my opinion if they are something you use often. This weight is just right for me to hanging knee raises

These are high quality ankle weights that are easy to put on and use and provide a really useful set of additional weight and resistance to support with better lower body exercise.I like the design of them as they fit nicely over the ankle and provide good comfort and stay on well without slipping out. They are also fairly comfortable over longer use though of course with the weight it becomes a challenge to have them on for longer. They provide a really good solution for adding additional weight to the legs.All the fabric, straps and rings are well built and seem really durable so it feels like a very high quality item that is fit for purpose.

Really liked these. Was a little concerned that the finishing would be poor and lack padding but there’s plenty of padding to stop chaffing on your ankles (or wrists). They are good quality, nicely finished and do the job.I found them comfortable to wear and a great alternative to carrying weights.
