This is a very good quality bike shorts, with a padding on the bum and groin area to ease the pressure whilst sitting on the bike seat.It would be perfect for cycling or spinning, but tried doing other exercises in it and that was not great haha! The padding is quite thick and very visible when wearing so would only recommend it for the cycle!

This is a bit of a mixed bag. The amount of padding is excellent and it provides plenty of protection from a hard saddle. The construction is decent with strong stitching and seams.I have to say that I am not a fan of the overall design. I really don’t think they look good when being worn. I would feel very self conscious if I stopped at the pub on a days ride and I can imagine getting a few comments about them. The outer layer of fabric is also thin and doesn’t seem to hang well. I’m not sure how well it will last over time.So on balance great padding but maybe not the best choice if you want to look stylish.

They are pretty good cycle shorts especially for women, normally I would take a 'S' in things but cycle stuff is notoriously optimistically snug, especially if you don't have a models posterior so I ordered an 'M' instead. Turned out to be a wise move as they fit really well, tight enough not to move but loose enough to let me move if you get my meaning.There is plenty of saddle padding and its effective, there are some areas of reflective paint which I like. (more could have be done, maybe side stripes?)The main pockets are decent, although I use saddle bags and waterproof phone holders on the bike. There is even a sneaky inner pocket if you really want to keep a phone out of sight.The appropriate silicon gripper tapes are there too. So all around pretty well specified.My only down point would be that the outer fabric feels rather thin, like its not going to wear well over the distance and reflecting the price of £30 I would have expected a thicker more durable sporty material.For moderate amounts of UK Summer days riding days (so not many!) its probably OK for a season or two.Not super cheap but worth a look.

I wasn’t a fan of these style wise, but decent large padding. FunctionalThe L fits a UK14-16. They’re an interesting fit, the hips are a bit loose in the L size, so if you’re a ‘smaller’ 14, I’d go down a size.I’d describe them as functional vs fashionable.

I really like the lilac colour. The padding is really excellent. It is not too bulky yet provides great comfort on long rides. However, I am not keen on the style. In my view the extra top layer doesn’t enhance the appearance or functionality of the shorts and doesn’t sit that well on the saddle.Size S is a great fit for a UK size 10.
