Fit is good and adjustable for different sizes. Easy to use & weights are easily adjustable. The vest is sturdy & durable. Comfortable for the most part but burden of weight seems to be on shoulders & upper back.

I bought this for the dual purpose of using the weights when walking long distances and to wear in the vest for workouts. So far, it's been fantastic. The individual weights are easy to remove and can be placed in a bag in whatever arrangement you require. The vest itself is comfortable and stays firmly on your body without additional movement. The only thing was that I found it was scratching my inner arm on the first wearing, so make sure you wear something with sleeves.
