One of the larger fork attachments was broken on arrival (too small to photograph) and as they need to work in pairs, this tool was no good to me, if you really need this type of tool get something much better. Otherwise use a high street jeweller for watch bracelet removal, easier and better for the community. I have kept it incase of smaller spring bar issues. Not awful but not great either.

i asked for a refund i was sent a return code which would not work at post office .it was advertised as bergeon spring bar tool .if it was it would be a bout £18o to £200 . dont buy this . i have given it 1 starr but not worth that .how can amazon advertise this rubbish . i replied to amazon that the return code did not work i got no reply . i dont think i will buy from amazon again.

I'm absolutely gutted that I purchased this item and used it on my brand new watch. The metal is such poor quality that the forks easily bent out of shape causing them to slide off and scratch the watch lugs and end links! My brand new titanium Tudor Pelagos now has scratches due to the dreadful quality of this item. Avoid putting this any where near your watch or you could ruin it.
