It is cotton on the outside and has a waterproof coating on the inside. It is super easy to fill, hold, and squeeze.The large nozzles are made of stainless steel and are sturdy and cut perfectly into their respective shapes. They are easy to attach to the bag with the flexible adapter and secure ring. With different pressures and angles, I was able to make lots of pretty decorations with the nozzles. They are also easy to clean, especially since a little bristle brush was included.
