I really like the cork material because it is a durable. These wedges also come with a convenient pouch for storage. I've been walking up stairs all my life and it has taken a toll on my knees. Trying to do squats has been a challenge, but not anymore ! this product is amazing it really helps achieve the squat with 0 pain. I'm impressed and looking forward to becoming more consistent with working out.
