These are so beautiful and unfortunately so delicate. They showed up with two broken which is the shippers not the sellers fault. I’m very happy with them though. They have a beautiful design and really just so well done.

At about ~$20 per glass, I was expecting something a little more premium in weight and feel but, to me, these glasses felt surprisingly thin and delicate. Moreover, I really found the shape to be weird. Of course, that's more my personal opinion and not really a fault of the glass. The design does help you swirl and aerate your wine with its large surface area and concave ring. It also helps with reading the legs of a wine, so there really is some practicality to the design. For me, I simply have a hard time getting past the look and would probably not want them on a finely dressed table.But aesthetics aside, it really is the thinness of the stemware that made me feel "meh" about the set. The stems are very thin and do not have a great hand feel. The bowl feels equally thin and similarly to the quality of glass my wife has broken a hundred times when washing. But worst for me was the rim. Because the body of the glass is so thin, it makes the rim feel sharp on the lips. For me, this obscures the mouthfeel of the wine and thus, lowers my enjoyment of it.If I'm being honest, this seems like a set of glasses I'd find at HomeGoods for a third or the price. I really don't see the value in this set and, even though they do have some practical use, the design and craftsmanship will not make them the first (or second) glasses I reach for when opening a bottle.I fully appreciate that some people might have a different aesthetic and love these burgundy glasses, but for me it's a pass.
