I bought these to replace my Glencairn whisky glasses. They are a similar tulip design so perfect for nosing whisky but have a wider base and slightly wider bore which i find helps the whisky open up a little faster. Higher strength whisky is less harsh on the nose and present great on the palate, i enjoy cask strength whisky and i think they're better then any other glass i've tried. They're sturdy well made and comfortable to hold. I have many Stolzle glasses and these are the same great quality!Very happy with purchase

Prima la nota negativa: più ingombrante del classico Glencairn, specialmente se dovete trasportarne più di uno in giro a fare degustazioni.Aspetti positivi. Solidissimo, probabilmente anche più del Glencairn. Tranquillamente lavabile in lavastoviglie. La presenza del gambo - solidissimo anche questo - aiuta a non far scaldare il distillato col calore della mano. La presa è, tutto sommato, comoda. La base molto larga agevola l'apertura dei profumi al naso. C'è da dire che i whisky (Bourbon, ad es.) che non necessitano di tanto tempo per aprirsi al naso si ossidano in poco tempo. Prezzo 4€ al bicchiere, quindi niente male.
