It is branded, good quality and good value. It is exactly 1.2m long and looks like it would hold additional level/s. There is padding but not that thick, perfect for storing and carrying levels. Good purchase.

I bought a used Stabila 48” TECH level that did not come with a case. I also own the Stabila 24” and 72” TECH levels, I bought them new and both came with soft yellow cases like the one available here.I scoured the web, including Stabila’s website, for a Stabila 48” case and could not find one anywhere! All the 48” cases I did find were multi-level cases which I did not want. I found this item on Amazon and I was ecstatic!!! The price was right, and even after shipping costs, it was cheaper than a multi-level case from any other website. This case appears to be a genuine Stabila case, it says Stabila on it and is exactly the same as my other 2 TECH level cases. Thank you for making this item available!!!

I just got myself a really good level which unfortunately did not come with a bag, so I thought I would get a brand with a good reputation. I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the Stabila STBBAG48 bag.It just seems thin, it will keep the dirt off, it seems to be polar fleece on the inside and Nylon on the out side but there is no padding at all. Compared to lesser brand bags it is a lesser bag. Maybe this is the new way but it just looks like cost cutting for a premium priced item.
