First, I would just acknowledge that these are expensive bottles. However, with Stanley bottles you do know that you're only buying one and it's going to be the one bottle you use for many years. This is in contrast to many of the cheaper bottles that end up leaking or having parts that break after a few months.To start with the build, I think that it feels really, really durable. It's very heavy (1.3kg!) due to the strong metals and insulation. The coating is nice and allows a bit of grip, but it is the strong, comfortable handle that really stands out. This is bolted on and so I think it will last. I think it has a really sleek, premium look overall.The bottle is designed to keep things cool or iced and my own testing was pretty close to what was promised. I had 18 hours for a fridge cold drink and then 3.5 days for an iced drink to stay slushy.The lid is leakproof and twists onto the top tightly. The flip up straw mechanism feels smooth and like it will last. I was initially a little worried about the included straw as I wasn't sure what would happen when that wore out. However, I am reassured by the fact there are replacements available via Amazon very affordably.You can take the bottle apart to clean it very easily and I've found that it doesn't retain smells/tastes in the way that cheaper plastic bottles often do.

Richtig gut. Ein Fass mit Deckel. So trinke ich meine zwei Liter auf der Arbeit ohne Probleme.

This beast of a water bottle is the best one I’ve ever bought. I have the quencher and don’t love it can’t really bring it anywhere because of the leaking but this is PERFECT. Everyone in my life will be getting a gift of this bottle.It’s easy to hold and drink from. Love the design and it feels sturdy. Obsessed!
