I spent a little more on this because when folded the vials are protected from damage by other tools in the box. It's a solid unit with a strong elastic band to hold it to the post.

I don't often have to install fence posts but always found it a pain checking they were level in both planes. I saw this tool and bought it as I had a couple of posts to install, and it was very easy to use. It has levels in all three planes, and hooks around the 4" fence post nicely. I haven't tried the magnetic fixing as I've never used any metal fence posts, but the elastic strap is sufficient. Folds flat so it doesn't take up much storage space. may not be robust enough for a serious builder but if you are just an occasional fence installer like me it is a very useful tool.
