Perfect for terrines and compressed meats or vegetables. Very bit of quality you would expect from Staub.

Je suis très content de cet article. Il est beau , super finition. Intérieur émaillé. Je l'ai acheté pour y faire cuire du pain . Un délice.Il vaut son prix. Toutes mes cocottes et poêles sont de chez STAUB .A recommander!

This is an odd-shaped dish, but I needed something to put on our wood stove to reheat things. Absolutely brilliant for that. Fits on the stove and works better than a microwave. But most people will buy this as a terrine, and it's just brilliant for that as well. Heavy cast iron with a perfectly done ceramic coating. Done right, in Alsace. Should last longer than I will.

Eine sehr schöne Terrine. Gewohnt gute Straub-Qualität. Größe ist für mich in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert. Gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.
