A grelha Staub 33cm é um tour de force, não sai do fogão e continua belíssima. Seu peso permite que vocë grelhe legumes, virando, mexendo acrescentando carnes etc, sem que ela se mova do lugar. Os frisos do grill são ótimos e profundos para deixar marcas douradas em pedaços de frango, carnes mesmo altas etc. Super recomendo e uso muito.

Facile à utiliser et à nettoyer (il suffit de laisser tremper un peu). Cuisson très rapide et sans projections(grâce aux bords du grill).

I bought another well known make of cast iron grill pan and returned it as it was too heavy and I didn’t like the finish. This is lovely, much lighter to carry and move around the kitchen, but cooks very evenly. I followed the instructions for heating it up gently, and it browns a piece of meat nicely. I bought silicon handles which make it easier to lift in and out the oven. It’s easy to clean if you soak it first. Very pleased with my purchase, looking to add other pots now.
