Always like staub

I purchased this Staub product as a wedding present for our grandson because I love my Staub Dutch Oven. It's beautiful, durable and helps me serve up delicious meals. I appreciate the black surface because it doesn't stain. And it required no special treatment.

今まで使っていたお鍋のコーティングが禿げてしまい、鋳物のお鍋は重いのでもうやめようかと思っていましたが、冬の煮込み料理と食卓で食べる鍋料理には必要と思い初めてストゥブ買いました。素晴らしいです。焦げ付かない、吹きこぼれない、何しろ保温性が高く、早く煮えて美味しくなります。どこよりもお安かったです。

These are not the cheapest cast iron cookware you can buy, but in my opinion these are the best.The base of the pan is enamelled too so counters dont get grazed, unlike other brands these go through the dishwasher, the lid stands nicely in the plate rack and the pan flat, it cleans easily and even though its not non-stick it seems to be sort of non-stick in comparison to other enamelled cast iron.These are very solid pans and would last forever, do not drop cast iron as it can break, sounds obvious but just a warning.Performance;Retains heat very well and the chistera shapes in the lid helps the liquids to return into the pan. I use mine to fry steaks and the results are excellent. The sides are low enough to use and high enough to minimise the fat spattering onto the hob.I have a deeper version of this too and it works well for cooking a chicken in. My next purchase will be the different knobs, these have a practical use as they are a bit larger and help getting hold of the lid with the oven mitt on.
