Very strong and affordable steamer. I was able to degrease a kitchen exaust fan and tile grout with its power. I recommend to family and friends

Couldn’t ask for much more. Upon opening the box, I was a little disappointed when I realized how small the item was. But after just a few uses, it met if not exceeded all expectations. Some people complain about the reservoir, not holding a lot of water. I found that you can get about 10 minutes of steam with continual use out of this thing. about two minutes is all it takes once plugged in and filled for pressure to build so you can start steaming.Some people complained about the safety knob features. Once pressure has built, the knob cannot be loosened Or opened in anyway, until there is no more steam inside the steamer. I like this feature. It prevents any kind of burns if you bump the knob while steaming there were comments about it being annoying that you have to wait for the pressure to drop in order to open it and refill it, which if you have a larger than small job, you will be refilling it a lot. I found if you keep the leopard depressed when it is out of water, it will let out enough pressure right away that you can open the knob and fill with water to get back to steaming.I bought this with a particular use in mind for furniture cleaning, but I have found it to be useful in many other situations as well. I have used every attachment that it comes with. I think they are all designed well. The drain pipe under my tub froze this winter and I attached a hose that I had onto the smallest nozzle of the steamer to fish into my drain pipe and steam away the ice. I’m not sure that this is a recommended use for this product, but I found it incredibly useful and don’t know how long my drain would’ve been frozen without this. While steaming this drain, I probably used the steamer for at least an hour or two continuously. Refilling often to continue the steaming. This little beast never complained or struggled to continue pumping out hot steam.Overall, if you’re looking for a compact affordable steamer, this is your guy. I’m not saying you could steam your whole kitchen floor with this thing on your hands and knees and not have to refill it, but if you’re looking to steam furniture, small to medium surface cleaning, or steam your favorite dress shirt in a pinch, this will definitely do the job.

Doesn't work as expected

This seems to work well for the reasons I purchased it. It does a decent job of getting things cleaned and the steam flow it strong enough to to it's job. I do have one complaint, that that is that the power cord is not long enough for some areas of the house I want to use it in, like the grout in the shower. (hence the four stars} I still have some items I want to use it on, but so far I am pleased.
