De IS 180 digi presenteert zich in een vlakke, rechtlijnige uitvoering en overtuigt door zijn discrete lensoptiek. Dankzij de perfecte integratie van het objectief in de behuizing ziet de IS 180 digi er in vergelijking met conventionele infraroodsensoren bijzonder elegant en onopvallend uit. Met de IS 180 digi hebben wij een echte doorbraak bereikt in de infraroodsensortechnologie. Radiale bewegingen kunnen nu veel nauwkeuriger worden gedetecteerd met de 180-graden sensor. En de voorheen zeer tijdrovende afbakening van het sensorgebied gaat nu veel sneller en eenvoudiger, gewoon digitaal en zone per zone. De gevoeligheid is ook digitaal instelbaar voor elk van de drie zones. In combinatie met onze nieuw ontwikkelde spiegeltechnologie detecteren de pyrosensoren zowel tangentiële als radiale bewegingen even goed. Sensoren en lampen kunnen met de STEINEL Connect App eenvoudig via Bluetooth worden ingesteld, bediend en in een netwerk worden opgenomen.

A really sturdy sensor made to last, it’s a lot smaller than I expected it to be so it’s not much of a deterrent as you’d expect but with it having a 8m range that’s not an issue, it works really well on my drive as it’s about 6m wide and connecting it was really easy via the mobile app!

Der alte Bewegungsmelder hatte seinen Geist aufgegeben und es wurde ein Ersatz gesucht. Natürlich gibt es ohne Ende super günstiges Zeug auf dem Markt, aber dann bin ich auf diesen Steinel Bewegungsmelder gestoßen, der nicht nur anders, kurz gesagt schlicht und unauffällig aussieht, sondern auch ein paar neue Features zum Einrichten hat.Die Montage ist wieder super einfach, Strom aus(!), alten Melder ab, Rückplatte anbringen und Anschluss herstellen, Front aufsetzen, Strom wieder einschalten und Melder einrichten.Im Gegensatz zu anderen Meldern hat dieser Melder keine winzigen Drehknöpfe zum Einstellen der Helligkeit und Zeit, sondern es wird alles über eine App und Bluetooth-Verbindung eingerichtet.Bei der Ersteinrichtung lief bei mir leider mal nicht alles, so wie es sollte, aber der telefonische Support war super kompetent und freundlich (Danke nochmal und von hier aus schöne Grüße an den Steinel-Support!) und im Anschluss war der Melder eingerichtet und funktioniert, wie er soll.Wenn nun jemand meint, dass ja nun irgendwer vorbeikommen kann und das Gerät verstellen kann, so sei er versichert aus Sicherheitsgründen lässt sich der Melder immer nur von einem Gerät konfigurieren, ansonsten muss er erst vollständig resettet werden, wenn man ein anderes Gerät verbinden möchte.Fazit: Also wenn ich nochmal einen neuen oder weiteren Bewegungsmelder benötige, würde ich ihn sofort wieder kaufen, er ist zwar nicht günstig, aber das Design und die Features sind den Preis aus meiner Sicht wert.

TOO! Hauptsächlich gekauft wegen der einstellbaren Empfindlichkeit der Sensorzonen, damit nicht bei jedem kleinen Windzug und Bewegung der Pflanzen unnötig das Licht angeht.Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht! TopVolle 5 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 von mir!

This motion sensor is a motion detector that will switch on countless separate lights via bluetooth networking. This is what I had been wanted for my back door. As long as anyone turns up at the back door in the dark, a few lights in the rear garden and the drive will switch on at the same time. The sensor is waterproof and looks modern. Installation was not complicated. A few advanced settings can be adjusted via the APP on your smart phone. It works fine so far. Stepping into the garden in the dark is not scary at more. We also feel safer because the dark places will be lightened up if anyone gets close to the back of the house.

First of all when you unbox it, you will find the box included the followings:1 x Motion Sensor (white)1 x Mounting BackPlate1 x Fixing Kit1 x Quick Start GuideThe motion sensor is quite small indeed with a measurement of 11.5 x 11.5 x 5.8 cm. It is ideal to install in the porch and it is IP54 standards which is design for outdoors. As long as the sensor is not installed in a place which might affect by flooding should be fine. The installation is easy, install the back plate onto the wall with the wiring done then mount the sensor onto the back plate will do good. Once it works and setting is done, it can control which set(s) of lights to turn on when it detects movement. The sensor's detection range is 180 degree within 2.5m to 8m radius. With the app (downloadable), you can perform advance setting to set the sensitivity and event driven scenario. It's a useful gadget for smart home but I think it will be better if more detail in setup instructions especially mentioning about the function of the app will do good.
