The M18 adapter works well, but the transformer part of the assembly is a lot larger than I anticipated - perhaps this is a good thing though as hopefully it'll be reliable in the long term with the ability to distribute the heat throughout its larger chassis.One slight negative (and the reason for a loss of one star) is that the Milwaukee M18 battery is quite tight to fit into the adapter and removing it does require a good amount of force - it would have been better for the fit to be a little looser and more like the fit of a Milwaukee power tool (so not sure how long it'll last if you keep changing batteries within it).
