I’m using this motor for the z axis in original 3D printer design. One of the design goals was a dual z with single motor. I eventually flipped the z axis to move the mass of the motor to the bottom of the machine but that limited the space available significantly. I purchased this motor based on height and added a 2.5 gear ratio in the belt driven dual lead screw system. This motor works exactly as expected with plenty of power in this application. It arrived on time, well packaged and included a spec sheet and the removable wire harness with jst 6 pin connector on the motor side. Mind that this is a 4 wire motor, it just uses a 6 pin connector with two empty pin slots. (This seems pretty standard for motor manufacturers and I certainly prefer it to a hard wired harness)Overall a great purchase that fit my application perfectly.On a side note, I designed a beta version of the mount for this motor before it arrived based on the sellers info on amazon. The mount points are standardized but the height had me concerned. I needn’t have worried, the sellers info was dead on and the part didn’t require any adjustments post test fit. Extra points for having accurate design info included in the description.

Je l’ai commandé pour remplacer le moteur de lextrudeur de ma ender 3 (passé en direct drive). Le poid est bien réduit par rapport à celui d’origine et on gagne également au niveau de l’épaisseur (il ne fait que la moitié de l’épaisseur)

Great product, very light. Using it with a BMG extruder (geared) with good speeds, great speed, no heating.

Lo compré para convertir un cr10 a extrusión directa y ha cumplido las expectativas. En cuanto a configuración, como dicen otros compradores cambiar los cables 2 y 3 a la inversa, el 3 donde el 2 y viceversa. En cuanto al voltaje, hasta 700ma trabajaria...pero a mi con 500ma, un disipador que tenia de un antiguo mk8 y pasta termica me ha servido para que el motor trabaje bien y no se caliente en exceso. El tamaño y el peso, lo hacen ideal para directa.

Da es nicht auf Genauigkeit beim Projekt ankahm - gibt es hier nichts zu meckern. Der Motor läuft täglich in einem selbst gebauten Magnetrührer. Hier war die flache Bauweise der ausschlaggebende Punkt. Angesteuer über ein CNC Shield / Arduino - läuft er täglich nun bereits seit 2 Monaten ohne zu schwächeln.
