Ich habe in den letzten Monaten mit diesen Motoren nun schon einen 3D - Drucker und eine CNC Maschine gebaut. Ich bin begeistert. Gerade bei der CNC bleiben die Motoren unerwartet kühl und verrichten den doch im vergleich zum 3D-Drucker harten Job präzise und zuverlässig.Fazit: Wer gute Motoren für seinen 3D Drucker sucht ist hier gut beraten. Sie sind aber auch echt gut für jegliche Projekte geeignet welche einen Stepper benötigen.

I purchased this step motor to get a better hands-on experience of fairly chunky step motors. So I chose this one because it is approx 12V at 1.5A (many are a lower voltage and much higher current, as well as being more expensive) and this seemed to be more manageable. It is important to note that this is a bipolar step motor so unipolar step motor drivers do not work! I subsequently had to purchase a suitable bipolar driver based on the L298 - which has worked very well.This motor does have a relatively low unpowered holding torque and it does seem necessary to power both phases simultaneously (which means twice the current - so I might now also need a better power supply) to get the expected output torque. However, it has to be remembered that this is a relatively small, lower power step motor, at a lower cost, and it seems to do exactly what should be expected of it. It is well made and solidly built. I am very happy with it and I am going to buy another one.If you want more torque then you will have to buy a bigger step motor.

I replace two of the printers motors ( as they were old ) and this ones work very good
