Everything is as described

as said the condenser arrived in one piece, but the Stonylab box was pretty shattered (while the Amazon box itself was neat) so either 1/ returned product sold as new 2/ poor handling from amazon staff 3/ poor handling from Stonylab. assuming the ones ordered previously arrived in perfect condition i bet for 1/ or 2/.this being aid i had to return the same article one week back as i discovered a tiny chip in the glass near the coolant inlet... will complete my review after i've tried it.

Great condenser, this is the second one that I purchased. I use it in a distillation apparatus for extraction of essential oil from various plants. For a horizontal condenser you can't beat it.
