This water butt arrived the day after I ordered it and you can't get much better service than that.It is made of sturdy material and has the appearance of a product that should give many years life. I liked the fact that the hole for the tap was already in place (would have been potentially awkward if it hadn't been) and that it has a lockable lld. As others have observed, the stand is rather fiddly but once the butt is in place and with weight in it then it should do the job OK (it is absolutely essential for it to be on firm level ground).You do need to think about which side to drill the 26mm hole to take the hose connector (you will, of course, need an appropriately sized drill bit) otherwise the tap can end up on the wrong side of where you want it to be.The water diverter Is intended for house drainpipes rather than the smaller sized one of which my greenhouse drainpipe is a typical example - but that wasn't a problem as I simply connected the flexible hose to the hose connector at one end and the drainpipe at the other end (I also drilled a small hole on the other side of the butt to allow any excess water to drain off when the butt is full as I wasn't using the diverter. Finally, given the high winds etc that we have experienced lately, I put a few bricks inside the butt to weigh it down until it fills with water.

Tunnan har vissa brister, som man lätt kan fixa!!?Botten har inget riktigt stöd lägg i en 12 mm träplatta eller dylikt.Stöd benen har väldigt små hakar , tycker jag, band ihop dem med en vajer, går bra med buntband.Dålig kvalitets kontroll tydligen, se ut sågningen , bild, för luckan.Anslutning till stuprör passar ej i Sverige, köp Greenline ( Bauhaus).Tapp kranen ej av passad för Gardena koppling.
