I love the concept and after reading lots of reviews saying the product was not easy to use I decided to give it a punt anyway. I received it and I can completely agreed with the poor reviews. It is challenging to get the letters into the holder as the silicone is very fiddly and the letters easily move out of place. However if you have a skilled touch and get the hang of it, its pretty good. My biggest complaint with this item is that it is terrible quality. The silicone stamp was dirty when I opened the package. The package was sent with no invoice or paperwork and was packaged poorly. On first use of the item the handle fell out and is now broken (i will need to glue back in again). The wood on the face of the stamp is cracked.If you can be bothered to fiddle around for the end result and lower your expectations on the quality of the item then I recommend it, however if you are just a casual baker I would recommend a different product to customise your items!!

I purchased this for my mom for Christmas. She has a food blog and is always looking for fun accessories and kitchen tools for her posts. This cookie stamp was PERFECT. It worked amazingly well and she absolutely loves it. The lack of some letters (like only one letter "Y") has been a small annoyance, but nothing major. For the great price, I would sooner just buy her a second one if she needed a greater selection of letters than complain about this small drawback.In case you're interested, here's her latest recipe using the stamp:

El sello es bastante grande y no me ha costado nada introducir las letras en los agujeros. Lo que si hecho de menos es una cajita o un tipo de bolsita donde guardar las letras ya que una vez desenganchadas se pueden perder. Yo lo he probado con galletas de chocolate y no ha sido lo más afortunado ya que al tener trozos de chocolate no se estampaba bien....hay que probarlo más.

Aber es können einfach nicht alle Texte geformgt werden, weil die Buchstaben nicht unendlich sind und die Matrix auch begrenzt. Leider ist kein @ (at) vorhannden. Also indirekte Kontaktaufnahme wird schwer ;-)Riesen groß das Teil, hätte ich nicht so gedacht, ca. 6 cm Durchmesser. Aber er funktioniert. Man muss ihn doch leicht einmehlen, das Mehl abklopfen und kräftig in den rohen Teig drücken. Das Ergebnis ist gut zu lesen und es macht einen riesen Spaß.Der Umbau dauert etwas, also durchnumerieren der Kekse wird nix. Hier bedarf es etwas Übung. Ein Werkzeug, wenigstens eine kleine Ablage, wäre hilfreich gewesen.Man darf nicht vergessen den Text seitenverkehrt aufzubauen!Aber die Ergenisse könnensich sehen lassen. Das hat echt niemand..
