OMG l am still reeling after another emotional rollercoaster ride that the fabulous Ella Fields takes you on everytime she gives us a new book...OK Here Goes....Daisy and Quinn are two of the most loveable characters that imprint themselves into your heart from the very first page. You find yourself wanting to climb into the story and wrap your arms around both of them..It is one of the most heart felt and honest reads that l have read in a while...Daisy and Quinn have been each others hearts since the beginning... Having grown up together as best friends and easily transitioning to more in their teenage years and becoming each others first real love...It was never going to be any different.. They spoke of their hopes and dreams and planned for their forever future.. Quinn being a couple of years older than Daisy had always know Daisy was special, he loved her clumsy and quiet nature and he saw all the goodness that she herself did not...But just like in life, they were thrown a curve ball from nowhere and Daisy and Quinn had to face a reality neither one of them ever wanted to or were prepared for...As with all first loves you cant ever imagine being with out the other half of yourself.. You become so invested that they become the air that you breathe and you are lost in the world that the two of you create.. Together you will take on the world and live your hopes and dreams. This is the exact same for Daisy and Quinn. So when Daisy s parents make a decision that throws them into unfamiliar territory we must stand back and watch and see how they both make choices to deal with this new situation..Move forward two years, Daisy now out of high school and attending the same college Quinn and she had always planned to attend.. As we watch Daisy and her naive self try and understand and deal with the older version of Quinn, who has made choices that bring a whole new dynamic to the relationship. It is hard and confronting at times. We see and feel the devastating fallout of choices Quinn made , never realising that what he and Daisy promised each other all those years ago would present itself to him again. Both he and Daisy are devastated and the heartbreaking way in which Daisy deals with this is soul destroying.. Remembering also that this is not at all easy on Quinn either... With a strong supporting cast of characters in the form of Pip and Toby and Callum this very emotional and gut wrenching ride pulls you in a new direction with each turn of the page...Yes we are warned there is cheating in this story before we even begin to read, but the clever way that Ella weaves moral choices and consequences takes you on way more of a journey than you would of ever anticipated travelling.. Daisy and Quinn s story really starts for me here, I easily felt for both as them as their choices caused them both gut wrenching heartache and had them questioning for the first time their love for one another, add to this third party involvement and then we open a whole other can of worms....This triangle is beautifully written and has you so invested that you find yourself feeling for all involved...As the truth is revealed and decisions are made we see both characters evolve, realizing their older selves have decisions to make and situations to deal with both individually and together.Just like the stars and the moon these two should have always been together.....With every page l found myself wanting the answers there and then, but in the same breath just wanted the story to go on forever... This story took me on an emotional roller coaster once again, just like Ella likes to do, but in saying that it was the best ride l have been on in a while and l will most definitely be standing in the front of the cue for the next book that she delivers... An amazing story with all the feels, i simply can not recommend this highly enough....

This is Quinn, Daisy, and their other friend Alexis’ story. Quinn and Daisy bond young and are soulmate best friends who are destined for each other. Unfortunately Daisy has to move away the end of her sophomore year and this time apart breaks them up.Quinn: I’ve read a lot of reviews that find him to be completely lacking. I liked him. He was generally a good guy. Does he react well to being reunited with Daisy? No… but he’s 19 years old and thought he was never going to see her again. Was it okay he moved on with their friend after Daisy left? I don’t see a problem with it. He thought she was ghosting him, essentially breaking up, and his heart was shattered. He also wasn’t playing with all the information. Their parents could have EASILY saved them both a ton of heartache.Daisy: What did she expect? I don’t want to give spoilers as to why they didn’t have contact over the last two years but for the most part it was all on her. Quinn tried until his heart broke. One or both of them could have had the grown up conversation though - “hey see you in two years, I’ll be waiting”Alexis: She was the only one playing with all the cards available and didn’t bother sharing what was in her hand. She wanted Quinn so she withheld information and skewed it her way. Does that necessarily make her a villain? I guess not. She was 16/17 years old. She just played the game.Ella’s writing has heart to it. The book is angsty and sad for the two MCs. It has a good strong HEA with a glimpse in the future in the epilogue. I would definitely recommend it.

That book has been one of the most difficult read in forever. I’d never have guessed I’d be floored like that by a romance one day. So it’s well written, not perfect but what really shined through for me was the scenario, the setting was original and described so perfectly my teenage years, it made me understand things about myself that I didn’t even know had been torturing me. The second half was more ‘normal’ and lacked the energy of the first.Overall I wholeheartedly recommend !

This book, holy s***! I knew I was in for a treat from reading that blurb but oh my god, oh my god you guys. It was pure angst, so good! I freaking loved this book! FACT: I cried 3 times, THREE TIMES before I hit the 25% mark! Jesus, it was so heartbreaking to read at times, I loved it.This is my kind of book and I'm so happy to have found a new author which I loved. Suddenly Forbidden is going in my 2018 favorites list and I'm dying to get a paperback as soon as they become available. That's how much I loved this book! And that cover, I'm still in love with it!If you don't like cheating, be aware that there is cheating in this book, even though it's only once and by the end of the book. However, don't let that stop you from reading this book though, please! This book is so good, so raw, so heartbreaking-ly beautiful. It deserves a chance.Daisy and Quinn's love story is one that will resonate with you after reading this book. It's so sweet and real, with so much heartbreak and angst that it will have you bawling your eyes out whenever they are hurting and smiling at the sweet moments they spend together.I think it's safe to say I was hooked on these two from the start. Their childhood friendship turned to love and then huge heartbreak will have you on the hedge of your seat to find out what really happened after they were separated. And then, then you'll be waiting and crying while doing so, seeing them reconnecting as friends and hoping to god they find a way to be together again, because you know, you read, you see that these too never stopped loving one another, not even for a second.I cannot get over how much this book made me feel. You're literally put through the wringer along with the characters and if that isn't talent I don't know what it is. I live for books like this one, and finding out authors who can write this beautifully and have that power over my emotions and heart with just their words. Those are the best kind of authors there are, and you can bet your a** that I'll be reading more Ella Fields in the near future. This book, her words blew my mind, broke my heart and then put the pieces back together. I would definitely pick up this book if I were you.

Must read....it is so well written. Angsty, emotional and beautifully written. The pace and storyline is so well written that it is engrossing from starting till end.
