It took a while to get both of our two units in, get experience using them, and let them gradually stabilize the humidity level inside the house. They are doing what we wanted. They have greatly reduced the incidence and extent of condensation on our (poor quality, old double glazed) windows, clear out moisture from hot steamy sessions in the family bathroom far better than an extractor fan & open window, and reduced smells as a bonus.These cost more than other makes and models, but have features the others lacked. In particular, their heat exchange efficiency is unusually high. At low speed they are 3 decibels quieter. (Decibels are not a linear scale. To the human ear, that amount means they sound half as loud.) Their remote controls include a wonderfully clever & useful Standby mode. There is no need to choose a high-medium-low fan setting and hope that's right. Standby take a high-medium-low moisture target setting, then monitors indoor humidity and turns on air exchange only when humidity gets above threshold. It chooses the appropriate fan speed for the moisture level and adjusts fan speed as humidity comes down, until eventually it turns itself 'off' (to Standby) again. Humid warm air goes out from the house for 70 seconds, then air with lower moisture content (because it is cool) come in from outside for 70 seconds, picking up most of the heat left in the exchanger by the outgoing air. This is much more energy efficient than simply using extractor fans or opening windows, discarding fully heated air for completely unheated air.These units are intended to be set up per room. We have put one in the family bathroom upstairs and one in the kitchen downstairs. On each level, the unit is in the room where we usually introduce the most moisture into the air. We keep the door between those two levels closed, but doors within each level are usually open.The big test came when we cleaned the living room rug yesterday. Usually that would cause heavy condensation overnight on the lower half meter of our living room windows. Instead we got about an inch of it. The unit is in the back wall of the house. Those windows are on the front wall. These units are outperforming what they are designed to do, each taking care of half a house instead of just one room.With less moisture in the living area of the house, we should also have less of it migrating through the ceiling into the loft where eddies in air circulation at the peak of the roof allow condensation.None of the solutions recommended in conventional advice in the UK would be as energy efficient or as comfortable.NOTE: These are not a 'set and forget' appliance. Every couple of months we'll need to take the removable indoor face off the unit, pull the heat exchange insert out, use the vacuum cleaner to remove dust from it, put the exchanger back in place and put the face on again. It should take about 5 to 10 minutes.

Verkar fungera bra testat i några dagar. Hyfsat enkel att installera bra med borrmallar för håltagning både för insida och utsida. Jag kör den solo så bara starta och köra hyfsat tyst i nattläge. Är som helhet nöjd med produkten än sålänge men bara haft igång den några dagar. Verkar som det är bra kvalitet överlag på produkten.

Comperato e installato ancora in estate 2024, ma ho aspettato a commentare, in modo da constatarne chiaramente il funzionamento. L’ho usato per l’autunno, l’inverno e quasi tutta la primavera prima di recensirlo,.L’istallazione è stata relativamente semplice, la parte più impegnativa per me è stata la realizzazione del foro nel muro, il resto del lavoro necessario, con l’aiuto di un elettricista, si è concluso senza difficoltà.Per il ricambio dell’aria, SUEDWIND Ambientika ADVANCED+ è perfetta. L’ho installata in cucina, e in breve tempo riesce a ridurre ed in seguito ad eliminare gli odori della cottura dei cibi.La cosa che mi ha stupito, anche se specificata nella descrizione del prodotto, è stata la riduzione dell’umidità della cucina, causata dalla preparazione di cibi durante il periodo invernale, quando normalmente si è restii ad aprire le finestre.Grazie al sistema di recupero di calore, con SUEDWIND Ambientika ADVANCED+ ho ottenuto quanto sopra descritto, senza riscontrare cali di temperatura nell’ambiente ed evidenti variazioni nel consumo di gas rispetto all’inverno precedente.

Wir haben ein ältere Haus saniert, wo nun 3 Wohnungen entstanden sind und waren auf der Suche nach einer dezentralen Wohnraumlüftung, da dies mittlerweile gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Kontakt hatte ich zu 5 verschiedenen Herstellern. Je nach Ausführung und Aufwand hatte ich Angebote zwischen 8.000-20.000,- vorliegen. Letztendlich hab ich mich für Südwind entschieden, was sich als wahrer Glücksgriff erwiesen hat! Preislich top, Kundenservice mehr als top und für meinen Zweck perfekt geeignet! Zudem waren andere teilweise komplizierter zu verbauen (kabelgebunden) oder lauter oder hatten eine ewig lange Lieferzeit...Neben den hier angebotenen Advanced+ habe ich noch Solo+ und Wireless+ bestellt (insgesamt 24 Stück).Der Einbau an sich wäre kinderleicht gewesen, hätte ich nicht ursprünglich meine Rohre in der Wand für einen anderen Hersteller vorbereitet gehabt (160 mm Außen- statt Innendurchmesser). Nachdem ich mein Problem per E-Mail geschildert hatte, bekam ich sogar in der Weihnachtszeit, prompt noch am 23. Dezember einen Rückruf wo ich mit dem Inhaber der Firma Südwind gemeinsam das Problem lösen konnte (letztendlich wurde innen nur der Keramikteil ohne das mitgelieferte Rohr verbaut und die Abdeckung. Außen haben wir das bereits vorhandene Rohr 15 cm raus gebohrt und einen minimal größeren Siphon eingesetzt, wo dann der Lüfter verbaut wurde und die Außenhaube. Da nun der Lüfter nicht direkt hinter dem Keramikteil sitzt, sondern an der Außenwand, hört man ihn praktisch gar nicht mehr - extra Vorteil!). An 3 Positionen im Haus konnte die Innenabdeckung nicht verbaut werden, da der Abstand zwischen vorhandenem Rohr und Decke zu gering war (leider auch erst aufgefallen, als nach und nach alle verbaut wurden...). Auch hierfür hatte der Inhaber sofort eine Lösung parat! Ich schickte ihm die 3 Geräte und bekam 3 umgebaute Versionen zurück, die nun statt für 160 mm für 100 mm ausgelegt sind, jedoch alle Eigenschaften des eigentlichen Modells behalten haben (Wireless+ - drahtlose Kommunikation mit anderen Geräten). So konnte der Lüfter um 6 cm verschoben werden, und die Abdeckung hatte doch Platz unter der Decke...Grundsätzlich muss ich sagen, egal wegen was ich mich per E-Mail oder auch telefonisch gemeldet hab (und das hab ich sehr oft... Vom Angebot bis hin zu meinen Problemen...) stand man immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat nach Lösungen gesucht um alles perfekt zu machen und vor allem kam die Rückmeldung in kürzester Zeit!Preislich gibt es wohl noch günstigere Lösungen, da ich aber auch nach qualitativ guten Produkten gesucht hab, war für mich Südwind sogar die günstigste Lösung von den 5 Herstellern. Für mich war es aber z.B. auch nicht wichtig, dass ich ein edles und in der Wand versenktes Panel zur Steuerung dazu bekomme wie bei einem anderen Hersteller...Von der Funktion und Lebensdauer kann ich noch nicht so viel sagen, da sie erst kürzlich verbaut wurden. Grundsätzlich macht es aber einen soliden Eindruck, die Lüfter arbeiten wie gewünscht und wie sie sollen und der Rest wird sich noch rausstellen, wobei ich aber sehr zuversichtlich bin!Alles in allem für mich sehr gute Produkte, die ich jedem der auf der Suche nach einer Wohnraumlüftung ist, definitiv empfehlen kann!
