I found these to be some of the most comfortable briefs I’ve ever worn. Yes, they have a unique pouch design, which permits a looser and freer hold on your package. Instead of holding your package close to your body there is a natural drop. I was not certain I would like it, but it really feels very natural. The fabric is so light, sheer and smooth that there truly is a feeling of not wearing any underwear at all, going commando with a full coverage brief on. The pouch is a little larger than I need most of the time, but clearly there is room to still be comfortable when needed. I did not use to size table in the product description. I ordered my normal XL. The chart suggested XXL, which would have been too big.

Wonderful fit that does a perfect job of showcasing your front side. The feel is like it’s just a part of your skin. Only draw back is when you run them through a wash and dry cycle, the elastic band in the waste will sometimes fold over and can be tricky to make lie flat again.
