After consistent almost daily use I can say the fact it is only useable 10-15 min before overheating is a definite downside, and the squeaking of this thing has become unbearable at this point. If you wear headphones it’s not so bad, but it would still be nice to workout longer than 10-15 min at a time because doing 4-5 x intervals a day is quite inconvenient. I will get a walking pad instead, but do be aware if purchasing.

Je l'ai utilisé une semaine et pour l'instant ça correspond a ce que je m'attendais. La description est exacteTrès efficace comme entrainement et appareil pratique, un peu lourd mais pas excessif, on sens que c'est robuste quand même. Pas très gros donc peut quand être apporter partout dans la maison pour en pratiquer ou l'on veut. Tous était assemblé a la sortie de la boite excepté les cordes qui sont très facile a installer. Pas compliqué a utiliser ni a assemblé. Très silencieux, on entend a peine le bruit du mécanisme... j'adore vraiment et je le recommande sans hésitation pour ceux qui aiment s'entrainer a la maison.

Pues ya llevo un año con ella y la he usado bastante. Es una excelente forma de hacer ejercicio de alto impacto de forma fácil. Sí me ayudó a bajar unos kilos (claro, cuidando la alimentación) contornea muy bien l acadera y las piernas, la amo.
