I feel my camera is very secure with this strap. I already had a camera stolen from a slash and run icident. This strap has a wide on the I inside to prevent that. This strap is also long enough to work for me as I am 6'3" tall.

Long have I been a photographer and long have I been annoyed with carrying a DSLR with any lens. They're heavy, they knock your legs, buggies, children's faces, and snag on everything. They're also incredibly uncomfortable when using the stock strap.So poor is the experience of using those regular camera-around-the-neck straps that it's often, and in fact far too often, made me not take the camera. And inevitably I've then regretted the decision.Now, enter the Sun-Sniper Pro. It's a ridiculous name, but it works so well I don't even care. This transforms how you use your camera. If you are a Pro, then if you're not using something like this then you are behind the curve. If you're an amateur then you should be using this all of the time. And even if you're a casual photographer looking for more comfort and ease when using a larger camera (it does work with smaller cameras too), then I really can't recommend this enough.*** Pros ***- Makes it considerably more comfortable to carry a camera- Greatly reduces the number of knocks and bumps you get from the camera, and the camera receives- Simply too easy to then take the camera from your side and raise to your eye - no snagging, or rubbing of webbing against your neck, side, or arms- Super easy to fit to your camera- Very comfortable on your shoulder- Under-arm strap works well and reduces shoulder slip or movement- Great construction all around - no concerns with longevity- Good value for the benefits- Perfect for long days with family, travelling or on location*** Cons ***- I'm likely looking at this through rose-tinted glasses, because I've simply been amazed at how well it works and how much more I've used the camera since getting it- Others have commented on issues with the connection to the camera- Somewhat expensive as a 'camera strap', but I'd disagree that it's not great value*** Overall ***I wish all amateur cameras came with this. I wish Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax, or someone else bought this company and made it a standard across their cameras and industry. It's a significant upgrade to your experience when hauling a camera around, and it only aids you in taking photos. Best purchase of the year for me.

...um die Kamera zu transportieren:-Man trägt sie stoß- und bruchsicher in einer Fototasche, oder einem Rucksack etc. mit sich und nimmt sie (erst) dann zur Hand, wenn man ein Motiv sieht, oder-Man trägt sie an einem Gurt um die Schulter (oder vor der Brust), wenn man auf der "Jagd" nach einem Schnappschuss ist, oder, so wie ich, gerne Tiere fotografiert.Die erste Alternative war für mich nur dann anwendbar, wenn ich eine Landschafts- oder gestellte Aufnahme machen wollte und die zweite, für mich eigentlich die bessere, war deshalb nicht ideal, weil die Kamera-Gurte (die meistens von dem Kamerahersteller kostenlos als Zubehör geliefert werden) sich sehr oft als Kompromiss erweisen, mittels derer man die Kamera zwar transportieren kann, die "das gute (und oft teure) Teil" aber kaum schützen, da es dem Nutzer häufig "um den Körper baumelt"...Mit dem "SUN-SNIPER... Rotaball Professionell" steht dem engagierten Fotografen nun eine gute Möglichkeit zur Verfügung, die beide Vorteile miteinander verbindet:Die Kamera lässt sich sicher und fest am Körper transportieren und man hat sie - im Bedarfsfall - sofort zur Hand.Mit dem "Sniper" hat SUN SNIPER einen Tragegurt entwickelt, mit dem die Kamera "bombensicher" (und auch diebstahlsicher) getragen werden kann, und man hat sie jederzeit für einen Schnappschuss zur Hand.Gewöhnungsbedürftig für mich war, dass man die Kamera sozusagen "verkehrt herum" transportiert; sie wird - wie auf einem der Fotos zu erkennen - mit einem "Konnektor" am Stativgewinde befestigt und sollte vor jedem Einsatz auf ihren festen Sitz überprüft werden. Zusätzlich fand ich persönlich das Festzurren des kleinen Gurtes, der unter der Achsel befestigt werden soll, etwas umständlich. Dieser kleine Gurt dient der zusätzlichen Sicherheit und - nach meiner persönlichen Erfahrung - hat man den "Dreh" schnell heraus. Und die Handgriffe zum Befestigen (Einklicken) dieses Teils sind, mit etwas Übung, schnell und problemlos zu erlernen.Für die vorgenannten Vorteile, die der "SUN-SNIPER... Rotaball Professionell" dem Fotografen bietet, ist meines Erachtens der Preis angemessen und ich persönlich möchte nicht mehr auf den SUN-SNIPER verzichten, denn das beigefügte Foto, das ich von einer gerade flügge gewordenen Blaumeise gemacht habe, über der ihre Vogelmama "schwebt", hätte ich niemals aufnehmen können, wenn ich meine Kamera nicht sofort zur Hand gehabt hätte...

Ottima tracolla con ottimi materiali, robusti e ben assemblati.Ideale per portare in giro con sé la macchina tutti i giorni, distribuisce il peso non facendo gravare sul collo la macchina fotografica. Il sistema di aggancio è robusto e permette di muovere la macchina senza problemi.La fettuccia sotto ascella la trovo utile, assicura ulteriormente al corpo la tracolla.Il sistema anti svitamento della vite è funzionale, anche se un po' spartano.L'unica "pecca" è che occupa l'unica vite per l'aggancio al treppiedi, ma si può risolvere acquistando una piastra con più fori.Ho pensato di acquistare una delle copie decisamente più economiche che si trovano in giro ma credo che non valga la pena rischiare centinaia (per non dire migliaia) di € di attrezzatura per risparmiare sulla tracolla.
