Dit poeder is uiterst veelzijdig en kan in verschillende recepten worden gebruikt. Om kokosmelk te maken, meng je eenvoudig 3 eetlepels poeder met 1 kopje water voor een lichte melk of 1/3 kopje poeder voor een rijkere melk. Het is ook uitstekend geschikt voor het maken van room of als ingrediënt in desserts, smoothies en curry's.

I really looked at the various brands of Coconut milk powder on Amazon before selecting this one. I also was considering KOS & Anthony’s. And those products may be just fine but I was swayed to Sun Warrior- reviews, price, etc. I feel this product is very suitable for my needs- coconut chia pudding, coffee creamer, curries, general baking. I have not had any discernible issues getting this powder to dissolve in my morning coffee & the scent and subtle taste is pleasing- maybe vaguely a tad sweet but not a dealbreaker at all. I did see the “oily film” arise to the top of my coffee after a period of several minutes- that another reviewer mentioned but just re stirred my cuppa & honestly- it was not a big deal- unappetizing or producing a heavy oil slick filmyness at all. I also anticipated I may have to take my spoon to sort of smash some undissolved clumps of coconut powder against the inside of my coffee mug to get powder to completely dissolve- after watching other Amazon customer videos of this- but no, the Sun Warrior milk powder readily dissolved in my use for hot liquids. Excellent June 2024 expiration date too!Has just 1 ingredient ONLY: Organic Coconut Milk 👍🏻. Perfect. Would consider again. Just wish prices for all brands of this coconut milk powder were less expensive- it’s a treat purchase.

I was looking for a pure coconut milk powder with no additives or maltodextrin specifically. While this brand only lists the coconut powder as the ingredient, I taste almost a flower taste, or fruit taste. Very peculiar. Also, although I put a scoop in my cup and then poor scalding coffee into my cup and stir with a spoon, this powder clumps terribly and does not resolve well. Unfortunately I honestly cannot recommend this brand of coconut milk powder at all, and can also say to not get it if the above would bother you. I give this 1 star.

I tried this in my coffee but it didn’t seem to dissolve as well and was quite lumpy.
