There aren’t any instructions. But once I figured it out, they aren’t bad. You take the back off, put it on, then carefully grab the flap and pull it off the screen, and the protector will be attached to the screen. At first I didn’t think so, I thought you left the flap part on. But you don’t. I figured it by accident. You can tell it’s on by the texture difference.

It didn’t come with instructions so it took a minute to figure out how to get the film onto the screen. There were so many bubbles, no matter what we did we couldn’t get them to disappear. Since it curved around the edge of the watch face a bit, it didn’t seem secure. That was proven when I took off a shirt, the cloth hit the screen protector, and it came off. For as many devices as I’ve had on my wrist with screen protectors, this has never happened. I feel like this was a waste of money.
