they are very good. I got them for my chickens to put it in theIir coop on rainey days. they only thing is that they dont realy move that well. I had to buy more wood because the wood on it was too thick. they are a bit smaller then i imaged but overall they did the job for this cold winter days

I have a fox proof outside run which the chickens stay in until after they have layed. As I took in my friends 3 chickens there was the usual pecking order carry on. I placed these hanging off the run mesh and it stopped a lot of the bullying. I have rigid weldmesh so the cups held firmly. If you just have chicken wire you may have to wire on. They wash easily and can be sterilized if the chickens pick up bugs. Mine freerange in my two acre garden plus they go in the field if they feel like it ,so I am expecting one of them to get something soon. It would be easy to feed one chicken extra calcium or medicine in her own bowl while distracting the others with a treat in their bowl too.
