Connections which are not made by bolts but by pressed pieces of metals. The one where the laptop hangs on is very wobbly.The other pieces are form cheap metal, if you tighten the bolts to hard you end up breaking them.

Pros: packaged well, fairly simple to put together, seems to be solidly built, cord management clips are easy to use and effective, clip for allen wrenches is handyCons: need supplied allen wrenches anytime you want to adjust height (if tension is correct, lateral and tilt adjustments can be made without tools); I like the look of the flat black finish, but it seems to prone to scratches (this is why I dropped a star for sturdiness); the bolts for the tilt adjustments where the monitor connects to the arm required quite of bit of torque to achieve the necessary tension to hold. It feels solid, but I was a little concerned about breaking something before I got the bolt tight enough.After only a day of use, I can say that I'm pleased with my purchase and feel that the mount is a great value for the money. I would recommend to someone looking for a mount that you plan to set and not adjust very often. I would hesitate on recommending to someone who might be looking for something that will be adjusted often. For my situation, it works great!

This monitor & laptop mounting solution offers great value for money when compared with more expensive alternatives. I'm now using it to mount a 24" monitor next to a 15" laptop and it's a great space saver, keeping my small desk free from clutter. It also has plenty of height adjustment so I was able to mount the screen perfectly at eye level and reduce strain on my neck. I was able to set it up and fit it to my desk in about 15 minutes very easily - I was worried about the difficulty of assembling this stand after seeing some other reviews on here, but found it to be a breeze and was surprised at how simple it ended up being. Once in place it feels very sturdy and is able to easily cope with the weight of a bulky 15" gaming laptop and decently sized monitor. The only potential area for improvement would be for the option to have two long arms rather than one long arm and one short arm, as the shorter arm could be limiting for some users.
