I love my Echo Dot and it gets a lot of use, but ever since I've had it it has just sat on top of a wooden box in a corner, with the cable dangling - and over time it has annoyed me more and more!I saw my daughter had one of these for her Nest Home speaker, so decided to investigate Amazon-friendly equivalents.This works so neatly - just slot the mains plug into the top section, connect the top and bottom pieces, wrap the cable round the inner section, fit it all together and plug it in - hey presto.The whole thing took me less than two minutes and I was left wondering why I hadn't done it years ago.It looks much neater, and makes for a single unit that it easy to unplug and move around the house if so desired. It all fits perfectly with the 3rd gen Echo Dot. Really neat little gizmo.
