This is simply the BEST smaller first aid kit on the market. Everything is set out and labeled so you can find what you need, you know if you are missing anything and it all fall on the floor like other first aid kits. There are links to getting it restocked, a first aid app and a first aid ebook. You also have the provision to add additional items in the 'Personal' sections. Just spot on! The company is also a great company if you look into them. I have also emailed them and received good timely responses from them. I also now own several others of their kits and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I'm an A+E doctor and wanted a decent first aid kit for travelling and to have in the car. I've been really impressed by this superb kit. Love the layout and how much is fit in to such a small space. The pouches are also clearly labelled.

Kit seems good quality, if expensive - but i don’t mind paying for quality when health is concerned.The contents will cover most emergencies, is well packed and labeled inside. It's compact and light, and carrying pack is extremely good quality (bought for a motorcycle tour of Europe)All Good??? Not really!!After checking the contents, most have expiry date less than 6 months, and several items expire in August 2025 - that gives me 3 months!EDIT: their customer support line have got back to me within a few hours of me contacting them and are sending me a new kit with maximum expiry. They are also checking their Amazon warehouse stock so this won’t happen again! Great customer service!!

The only additional item I would want in a small portable kit like this is a Thermometer, so I bought a small electronic one that has it's own case.You don't need to get the exact same one as I did, there are many advertised on Amazon, or at your local Pharmacy, just check that its length is 14cm / 5-1/2 inch or less so that it fits easily into the pack ( picture 2 ), and remember to check the battery is OK before you set off :-)There is also room in the back of the pack ( picture 3 ) to carry a small supply of commonly used medication, for a camping trip you could add water purification tablets, antihistamine, bug bite treatment, spare supply of your own medication, etc, just be sure they are in waterproof packaging to prevent them absorbing dampness when the kit is stored away again.Finally, take note that the saline solution is stored with its stopper at the BOTTOM of the case, you can see it in picture 1 near the zipper on the right side, treat the pack gently when packing it with your travel items so it does not open inadvertently.

The medical kit is great quality and with good tags. Very handy for camping and for in your house.
