Hard plastic hulahoop die met moeite blijft zitten. De druk op de zij is minimaal en het ronddraaiende gewichtje is snel uit balans. Het voelt allemaal erg goedkoop en plastic aan, kan me niet voorstellen dat het lang meegaat. Wegens de teleurstelling teruggestuurd en een beter alternatief besteld.

Excellent warranty replacement customer service on defective part(s). Item arrived with defective counter, difficult to power on etc and after 3 months of hooping pieces of plastic broke off of several snap in extension pieces. Then the actual sensor plastic snap in piece also broke. I wrote the company and within 1 week of writing, they mailed me replacement parts for everything quickly and no charge under warranty. Excellent customer service and back to hooping now glady!

My loop counter suddenly stopped working and I contacted them via IG, Rubegail helped and assisted me along the way until I receive my hoop replacement. It took a while but I appreciate the effort and updates she sent me from time to time. I'll start using it again and I hope it will help me to loose my belly fat. 🥰

not even a month, 3 connection parts are broken and the counter doesn’t work anymore.
