This camera is great. I chose this one because switchbot is very reliable. The privacy mode was a must for me for privacy reasons. You can easily spot this mode by just looking at it.The image quality is good enough to recognise everything.It has great integration with ifttt to automatically switch privacy mode when turning an alarm system on or off.Great camera!

We bought this camera to keep an eye on our little kitten. The motion tracker works perfectly and the app is also easy to use. A very nice feature is that you can store the images locally on a micro SD card. The quality of the camera is also good, even in the night with the night vision.

I bought SwitchBot Cam a month ago to track how my dog is acting when he is alone in the apartment. Cam aloud me to be more relaxed when I can see that my pet is OK or come home earlier when he is upset. Now my problem is solved!

Wij gebruiken deze camera in de schuur voor wanneer wij niet thuis zijn en postbezorgers onze pakketten in de schuur leggen. Goed beeld, goed geluid en fijn dat de camera met objecten mee beweegt.

Camera is eenvoudig te installeten en te gebruiken via de app. Beeld is uitstekend ook in het donker. Ook makkelijk te bewegen met de app. Ik vind de privacy mode een mooie toevoeging je ziet dan dat de camera uitstaat. (foto)

The only way to use this camera is through a smartphone app, it impossible to show the video on Windows 10 laptop or desktop. Build quality seems decent but with such important features missing I can't rate it higher then 2 stars.

Ho acquistato questa fantastica videocamera di sorveglianza della SwitchBot, modello WiFi Pan/Tilt CAM (dopo aver acquistato la serratura SMART e l'Hub Mini).Nella foto potete notare anche il sensore di apertura porte/finestre sempre della stessa azienda (acquistato nell'ultimo ordine insieme alla CAM).Infatti, acquistando due prodotti SwitchBot su Amazon ho potuto godere di uno sconto del 5% in più rispetto allo sconto del 15% già applicato dal produttore.Dopo aver installato l'applicazione SwitchBot (è necessario creare un account, si riceve un codice di sicurezza via email), è necessario abilitare Bluetooth, connessione WiFi e GPS (la CAM continua a trasmettere dati e a funzionare tramite applicazione anche in modalità DATI della sim del telefono, sconnettendo Bluetooth, GPS e WIFI del telefono).La connessione tra smartphone e telecamera è avvenuta rapidamente.Bisogna un po' capire le varie funzionalità dell'applicazione che, pur essendo stata tradotta in italiano, sotto certi aspetti è ancora poco intuitiva, specialmente nella fase di configurazione delle scene che potrebbero essere semplificate.La videocamera ruota di 360°: dettaglio non da poco, considerando che in questa fascia di prezzo, sono veramente poche le aziende che offrono questo tipo di funzione).Durante la rotazione si avverte un lievissimo movimento della CAM.A tal proposito la CAM è molto sensibile ad ogni minimo movimento rilevato: invia notifiche immediate sullo smartphone.La funzione ad infrarossi si attiva rapidamente: non appena ho spento le luci in casa si sono accesi tutti i led rossi sulla parte dell'obiettivo (le luci si possono disabilitare per non far individuare subito la posizione della CAM dai malintenzionati).La visione notturna è ottima e anche in tal caso la rotazione di 360° è rapidissima.Dopo 12 ore di uso ininterrotto non si è mai sconnessa dal WiFi e non ha mai dato problemi di trasmissione dati all'applicazione installata nello smartphone (a differenza di un'altra CAM di un'altra azienda presente in casa che, pagata il, quadruplo, dà continuamente problemi).Infine, la CAM è di colore bianco, leggera, ma robusta.Il cavo è un USB non ti tipo C, abbastanza lungo.La CAM può essere montata anche al soffitto con i tasselli e il supporto (che si aggancia alla base) presenti nella scatola): ovviamente è necessario avere una presa in alto per collegare la CAM perchè se si mette una prolunga chiunque potrebbe subito scollegarla e renderla inutile.Il cavo potrebbe essere occultato in una canalina a parete.Ruotando l'obiettivo completamente verso l'alto (usando i tasti direzionali mediante l'App SwitchBot) troverete il vano per inserire una MICROSD fino ad un massimo di 128 Gb per registrare foto e video.Posso dire con certezza che si tratta di un ottimo acquisto, considerando il prezzo e le funzioni offerte dalla CAM: è un prodotto di qualità.Associata alla serratura SMART e al sensore di apertura della porta, ho aumentato sicuramente il livello di sicurezza della casa.Infine, grazie all'applicazione SWITCHBOT posso controllare i 4 dispositivi acquistati e tutto si integra con Alexa e l'assistente di Google.

I have been using switchbot Pan Tilt cam as a baby monitor for a while now. I recommend it for its excellent night vision. It is also easy to setup and the app is easy to use. Options to record video via the app is also a plus. You can record the cute moments.

SwitchBot have made a great little camera at an affordable price. I have a lot of smart home products, but this is the first from SwitchBot and my first camera addition to my smart home and I am very impressed.It has motion tracking, motion detection with settings for sensivity and human detection. It records in SD or HD which can be saved locally to a micro SD card or the cloud with a subscription. Night vision, privacy mode, alerts, two way talk, integrates with Alexa (and other echosystems).. And more settings that I've not even used yet.Motion tracking: I found this works well once you set the sensitivity correctly, the camera will then follow you around the room. I did end up turning this feature off though because occasionally the camera would follow someone to the edge of the room, but then not follow them back so the camera would be viewing a small portion of the room. This may be due to where I positioned the camera though. I now have it set to a fixed position, but it has a wide enough lens and covers the entire room.Motion detection: does what it says and detects motion, alerts can be sent to your phone or via email. I don't normally have alerts on as I have this camera in a high traffic area, but can be turned on when we leave the house.I have this set up with a 16GB micro SD card and I probably get about two weeks of HD recordings, it would be a lot more if in a quieter area. Once full though, and if there are no recordings you want to keep, you can format the card from the app and you're good to go. If you want to keep recordings, you will need to remove the SD card first. I can't comment on cloud storage as I haven't used that.Night vision: works really well, I have it set to turn night vision on automatically when it gets dark. The image quality is also very good. We had a pond in our back garden that we filled in to make a flowerbed, but each morning something had been digging out loads of dirt, I set the camera up to point out the patio doors to see what was going on... Turns out it was foxes!Privacy mode: this is a great feature, turning this on simply rotates the camera fully up (or down depending on how you have it mounted) so the camera is tucked away. You can do this easily from the app or via Alexa by saying "turn on privacy mode". This will also cut down on unnecessary recordings filling up the SD card.I have mine mounted on the ceiling in the corner of the room (fixings supplied) so I just had to flip the image in the app so the video records the right way up.Would I recommend this camera? Absolutely! As my title says, you really can't go wrong at this price. I haven't even paired it with their hub, but I've read that if you do, you can also combine it with their other products like motion sensors, so if motion is detected in one area of the room, the camera can point to that preset position.

La cámara funciona muy bien. La visión nocturna es decente y en general responde bien en la aplicación de Switchbot. A veces tarda un poco en sincronizar la imagen, pero creo que es por mi router mediocre. Hay una suscripción para grabación en la nube (no muy cara), pero también puedes instalar una tarjeta microSD para grabación local. La cámara tiene un buen diseño y está bien de precio. Funciona con micro-usb. La aplicación recibe actualizaciones frecuentes. En general, estoy contento con ella.
