J’ai choisi cet aspirateur robot parce que j’ai plusieurs animaux à la maison et que le ménage devient vite un casse-tête. Je voulais un appareil qui puisse vraiment capturer les poils sans que je doive tout le temps nettoyer la brosse. I was an owner of the previous K10 and I recently upgraded to the K10+ Pro Combo because of its genius way to combine a small robot and cordless vacuum cleaner; I can definitely say it's worth the upgrade!If you have the previous version, the robot is basically the same in terms of size (meaning it's perfect if you have a small/medium apartment) but it's a bit smarter in mapping and significantly quieter while cleaning.The cordless vacuum is great to finishing up the cleaning in those spaces where the robot can't reach, especially with the addition of the laser which quickly show you where to clean. Most importantly, you can simply put it back in the base and it will empty all the dust in the same bag as the robot, keeping everything clean every time (if you come from a "regular" cordless vacuum, you know for sure how much dust goes around when you go to empty it).To summarise, go for it even if it seems expensive to you, as it gives you 2 great vacuums the value for money is actually really good!

I got the Switchbot K10+ Pro Combo about a week ago and it’s life changing! I got her to vacuum my upper floor which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a lot of carpet and even my Henry vacuum had a hard time with it. This little robot is handling it like a pro. I had to watch her the first couple of times because she found a large object (piece of plastic packaging) that she couldn’t digest and she got stuck under my adjustable bed (I think the bed had been adjusted between mapping and that cleaning.) I just created a no go zone for the center of my bed where the mechanism is. Now she runs through a cleaning with no problem. I love walking barefoot now because the carpet is always vacuumed.The stick vac is great. It’s light weight which matters to me because I have arthritis. It’s great for cleaning the stairs and other nooks and crannies robots can’t reach. It’s pretty powerful for such a lightweight tool.I didn’t buy this for the mopping and neither should you. The mopping is an afterthought at best.I’ve got a kid, two dogs and a cat. All but one of us shed a lot! And the one that doesn’t shed likes to roll in grass clippings which get sprinkled throughout the house. My Henry needs his roller detangled multiple times when vacuuming my room. The K10+pro has not had this issue at all.I got a Eufy E 28 for downstairs. Because that’s all hard floors and mopping is a must. It’s currently stuck complaining of a tangle. This is the Eufy’s 3rd day of cleaning and it’s forth tangle. Other than that it’s been good. We’ll see. Maybe I should have gone with the Switchbot S10 for downstairs.
