Good money, good value. Easy to install. Easy to use.

Easy to install over my existing lock and quick to calibrate. Unlocking and locking works well. The API access was very useful for me, as it allowed me to use Tasker on my Android phone to control the lock and see its status. 4 out of 5 stars because the functionality to auto-unlock when you get near only rarely properly triggers for me. It's a beta functionality though, so perhaps it will be improved. Overall, would recommend.

Just a few of issues with calibration because torque is quite strong and it will dislocate the device if you don’t tighten the screws well.HOWEVERembrace yourself for the FLOOD OF SPAM YOU WILL RECEIVE after registering the device on the SwitchBot portal. It looks like everyone in that company is named Joy and they want to sell you their products while pretending to be your friends. And it doesn’t matter how many times you will push the “unsubscribe” button, the “EN Customers” registration will remain there forever and ever sending you pictures of Joy striking the pose on the chair pretending to have an interest in you. And if you are wondering if I disabled the switches in the app and on their portal, the answer is YES, I did that as well.So, in short, use a throwaway email or a dedicated one just for the purpose because trust on SwitchBot respecting your choices in marketing emails is zero.GDPR is not an option at SwitchBot.

Facile à programmer et j'adore l'accès par empreinte digitale. Installazione facile con i vari adattatori, ho comunque comprato apposta un cilindro a “doppia chiave” .L’app è intuitiva, risponde subito ai comandi, e con l’Hub Mini puoi controllare tutto anche quando sei fuori casa — tipo quando ti chiedi “Ho chiuso a chiave?” e sei già al bar.Si adatta anche a Home Assistant.La serratura fa un bel rumore deciso quando gira (non troppo forte, giusto quel “clic” rassicurante) e puoi configurare automatismi, notifiche e pure l’auto-lock. Una volta provata, tornare alla chiave sembra preistoria.Conclusione:Perfetta per chi cerca sicurezza e comodità senza impazzire con installazioni.

Je ne l’ai rechargée qu’une fois depuis l’installation, et l’appli m’alerte bien en avance quand il faut penser à la recharger.Côté usage, c’est un vrai confort : ouverture à distance, accès temporaire pour les proches, journal des ouvertures… tout est fluide et bien pensé. La serrure est aussi très silencieuse et rapide, ce qui ajoute au sentiment de qualité.En résumé, une solution fiable, moderne et sécurisée. Je recommande sans hésiter pour qui veut moderniser sa porte sans prise de tête.
