I'm using this convertor to connect my laptop to a universal docking station (DisplayLink).While having no issues with other conversion cables and having good reliability in the past, I can't get this one to work.USB connection seems unstable and connection is lost every few seconds.I think this product is suitable for low bandwidth/ less demanding applications, but not if you need a reliable stable connection.

Ein super Tool das genau das tut was es soll. Zum testen habe ich ein graphic tablet ohne Bildschirm daran angeschlossen um in einem Mal-Programm zu zeichnen, funktioniert. Auch die Verwendung eines Midi-Keyboards mit 49 Tasten unter FL Studio Mobile ist kein Problem. Super!Fazit: Ich kann dieses Tool sehr empfehlen

It’s working great. I wanted to transfer a number of files from a thumb drive to iCloud. I used the adapter to connect the regular USB thumb drive to the USB-C port on my iPad Mini. Then I opened the Files App on my iPad. From there it wasy to move all the files into one my iCloud folders.One note: My iPad has a thick cover and I had to remove it in order to connect to the USB port. Not a big problem and I wouldn’t deduct points for it. In fact, it was a good thing because I found out how dirty my iPad was beneath that case.
