I have adhd and can’t do one notebook. I’m going to buy enough of these so every notebook I own has one. There’s nothing like having your train of thought interrupted because you can’t find a pen.

This item is great for attaching a pen to a composition book. However, I found it unable to connect to anything thicker.

There are so many pen holders but they put the pen on the flat side of your notebook which makes it impossible to stack anything on it and have it lay flat for carrying and stability. I was losing hope that anyone made these removable pen clips with the pen holder part in the CORRECT PLACE but I finally stumbled on these and am so happy I did. The clip is strong and doesn't budge. The wire pen holder is flexible but durable. Definitely recommend.

It took me two pairs of pliers, brute strength and many attempts before I actually accomplished attaching the pen holder onto my clipboard. One can see in the photo that I was not able to slide the holder completely down on to the clipboard. The pen holders seem adequate to hold a pen, but be aware that you can only easily use it on a thin plastic clipboard .
