I love Emile Henry and have been eyeing this tart dish for quite some time trying to decide which colour to choose. Do I cook tarts. Not yet. Did this item make me feel I absolutely must learn how to cook tarts/quiches and serving them to guests this spring? ABSOLUTELY! Elegant design. Timeless colour that goes well with every season. Great quality. Trusted brand. I'm in love.

Ne ho una della stessa marca leggermente più piccola che uso da anni sia per i dolci che per le ricette salate. Addirittura per cuocere il riso al forno. Non si attacca e si pulisce con facilità benché non sia antiaderente. Sempre perfetta e anche bella da vedere. La qualità di percepisce già a prima vista. Nel caso dei dolci va leggermente unta o usata con carta forno ma i risultati sono ottimi. Ne ho regalate un paio che sono state apprezzatissime.

Emile Henry ceramics are beautiful with their nice thick glaze. They are very durable, shock-resistant and are easy to clean. Functionally, they have great heat retention. What else I could ask for :)
