My wife and I bought this as a quick and fun game to play with our kids and friends. It did not disappoint!— What comes in the box: This game is literally a standard size deck of cards with different game images printed on them. The images consist of a “taco”, a “cat”, a “goat”, a piece of “cheese”, a piece of “pizza”, a “groundhog”, a “narwhal” and a “gorilla”. You also get a set of instructions for how to play the game, although I highly recommend watching a video online of how to play. Not because the game is difficult, because you will see just how much fun you will have.— Packaging: The packaging is a well made cardboard box with a magnetic “flip edge”. The box is small enough that you could pack it easily in a purse or small bag to take anywhere.— Card Quality: as previously mentioned, the cards are standard playing card size. The images printed on them are large, bright and colorful, which lends to the playability of the game. We have played the game several times and have not had any issues with the cards bending, becoming “dog-eared” or fading. The cards have a nice finish and could be wiped easily with a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one, but you still need to be careful with them around liquids as the game gets quite animated ;) Overall, the cards seem durable and you can likely expect these cards to wear as you would a quality set of standard playing cards.— Playability: The game makers say this game is for ages 8+ and for a minimum of 2 players up to 8 players. I am quite confident that a 5 year old could easily play this game given the opportunity. It would likely be tough to play with more than 8 players due to space constraints and people’s ability to reach across the table, but if you needed to play with more than 8, I guess you could just buy a second set of cards.— How to play: I won’t go in to great detail here (watch a video, remember?) The name of the game is to get rid of all of your cards first. This game essentially involves players playing cards in succession and saying a word (either “taco”, “cat”, “goat”, “cheese” or “pizza”) and if the card laid by the player matches the word said by the player, all players have to slap their hands on top of the discard pile deck. The last one to get their hands down has to take all cards from the discard pile and add to their own pile of cards. There are other action cards as well, which is where more fun comes in, but again, watch a video.— Game hint: This game involves a lot of slapping on top of other peoples hands. We purchased a half dozen cheap oven mitts from our local Dollarama store, which helps when playing with younger kids or rambunctious adults :) it also looks and feels completely ridiculous, which again adds to the fun. Not a requirement, but an option.— Conclusion: If you are looking for a super fun and fast paced game to play with friends/family look no further. We literally cry with laughter every time we play this and it works well with both kids and adults. Dare I say, with the adults and a few adult beverages, it is even more fun.Get this game, you will not regret it!!!
