Ich habe den Kabelzug nun über einen längeren Zeitraum getestet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Der Aufbau war überraschend einfach, und das Gerät nimmt wenig Platz ein, was perfekt für mein Homegym ist. Besonders gefällt mir die Vielseitigkeit – ich kann problemlos Trizeps, Bizeps und Rücken trainieren, und durch die verschiedenen Griffe lassen sich die Übungen gut variieren. Das mitgelieferte Zubehör ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt, da ich direkt mehrere Griffmöglichkeiten habe, ohne extra etwas kaufen zu müssen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Gewicht bei manchen Übungen etwas ins Schwingen gerät. Das lässt sich aber schnell beheben, indem man kurz absetzt und neu ansetzt. Insgesamt ist das Gerät eine super Ergänzung für mein Training, und ich würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

I bought the highest trim level, the 300lb max. I’m happy I went with this one, which has rubber coated steel cables, oppose to the cheaper one that only has a nylon rope. It seems pretty durable, I’m not sure it could really handle 300lb but I usually use 50-100lbs anyways and it hold up great. The tricep rope it came with is surprisingly high quality, the straight bar is a bit smaller than what you find in gyms but that was okay for me as it allows me to put my fat gripz on it. It takes a bit of handy work to clamp the rope at the end but it includes everything you need and it only took me about 15mins to setup, i drilled a hook into a beam of my basement ceiling and attached to that but if you have a squat rack or some type of steel beam that would be even easier. My ceilings are low so I had to cut some extra cable but I’m glad it was too long much better than being to short. Overall it’s exactly what I was expecting, decent quality decent price and gets the job done at home if you can’t make it to the gym.

Tutto quello che ti serve per allenare una buona parte del corpo. Purtroppo non tutto ma una buona parte. Materiale buono, ovviamente non bisogna esagera con il carico dei pesi. Io ho caricato max 50 kg e funziona bene. Mi raccomando non esagerare con il carico dei pesi.
