Review of TAILONZ PNEUMATIC 10mm Air Flow Control Valve,These control valves are used to to control speed by restricting the air flow, no so much a pressure reduction but a quantity reduction, as advertised these are for pneumatic cylinders and control the speed the pneumatic cylinder arm exits the cylinder to move objects attached to it, such as opening and closing a door.The maximum working pressure stated for this valve is 1 MPA = 10Bar = 145Psi, the quantity of air supplied controlled by the top screw moved downwards to restrict air flow, this knurled for grip as is the locking ring on the thread, two screw holes at either side of the flow restrictor allow for permanent fixture.The 10mm air supply pipes are push fit into the connectors either side and are designed to grip tighter the more pressure applied also to allow 360 degree movement of the valve for positioning, the blue ring outer can be pulled towards the valve body to release the air supply pipe if required.In use these valves work as intended, appear of quality construction and easy to use, once adjusted the screw can be locked to maintain specified air flow.
