Perfect size, can take a ton of med gear. Easy to carry. Solid and sturdy. I carry it as a TEMS waistbag on my back and pull it forward when needed. Easy to work out of even when around the waist under the plate carrier.

防災用のファーストエイドキットを収納するために購入しました。材質はコーデュラナイロンで頑丈ですね。MK2の本品はショルダーストラップが付いており、汎用性が高いです。収納力はまずまずで、一通りの装備は収納できます。足りなければ外側にMOLLEで追加可能です。ミリタリー調のメディックバッグはなかなかなく、本品はコスパも高いと感じました。

Très bon kit médical il y a de la place pour tout ranger (2l) bobologie, médicament, petit matériel chirurgical, ect une infirmerie de poche ! Mais ça reste assez compacte pour le mettre dans un sac, Top.

Admittedly a little smaller than I pictured (it matches the dimensions listed, it just looks bigger in the pictures), but still packs a ton. While you do have to be conscious about space, it is nice it can belt to your waist and not really get too in the way.I'm pretty much able to fit two trauma IFAKs on one side and a general first aid kit on the other. I also added an outside molle pouch that's maybe 1/4 the size of the bag to hold a blood cuff, stethoscope, and pulse ox.The ONLY thing I wish it had was a good grab handle build into the top right above the trauma shear area. I end up grabbing it from the belt area and it works pretty well.
