It's a HUGE kit that brings you from normal piercing size to huge stretched lobes. I personally use only the smaller sizes for my ears but the quality overall is great, does not leave stains or anything. If I have to point out something it's that you need to be careful with the silicone bands, because they slip out easily, but it's not a problem of this specific product, they all do that. :)

They work well enough, but the o-rings pop off of he tunnels fairly easy, so be sure to keep track of the ones that come with the tapers just in case you lose a couple. I'm also concerned about the larger sizes, about 6-00, because the tapers are so short and the tapering is not very gradual, so there is a distinct separation between where the tapers stop tapering and reach the final gauge, which could cause a lot of pain, difficulty, and possibly a few blowouts. If you wait extra long before stretches, it'll probably be fine, but personally, I'm probably going to order a different set with longer tapers after I get to a 4 or a 2 to avoid having this problem.
